Ego Busting

CAP Crew Resource Management (CRM)
Several CAP volunteer pilots attended a "Train the Trainer" CAP CRM course offered by FlightSafety International at their Vero Beach campus.  This initial cadre developed this course for use within CAP.  A special thanks to Col Andy Skiba and his classmates for putting this together.
